The home window lists Your recordings, newest first, grouped into Today, Yesterday, Earlier this week and Earlier. A search box appears once you have more than six.
Right-click a recording to Open it, Rename… it, Show in Finder, or Move to Trash.
File › Open Recent lists the last ten projects you opened, and Open Last Project ⌥⌘Z goes straight back to the most recent. Show Previous Projects leaves the editor for this list.
Where they're kept
Recordings live in Movies → Screen Motion in your home folder. Each is a .screenmotion file, which is really a package holding the screen recording, the camera, the pointer's path and your edits. Double-click one in Finder to open it in Screen Motion.
