In the Audio settings, click Choose Music… and pick an audio file. It plays under the whole video and loops if it's shorter.
Music volume starts at 25%, so it sits under your voice. Remove Music takes it out.
The file is copied into the project, so the music travels with it when you share the project. Make sure you have the right to use the music you choose.
