Turn on Follow my face in the Camera settings. Screen Motion zooms into the camera a little and keeps your face in the middle as you lean and move.
The first time, it shows Looking for your face in the recording… while it works through the video. This runs on your Mac with Apple's Vision framework; nothing is uploaded.
With Follow my face on, the Crop in position sliders are hidden, because the crop follows you instead.
