While the recorder is open or a recording is running, a Screen Motion icon appears in the menu bar. It turns into a stop icon while you record.
Its menu shows what you can do right now:
- Start Recording, once you've chosen something to record.
- Cancel Countdown, during the countdown.
- Stop Recording and Pause or Resume, while recording.
- Show Recorder Bar or Hide Recorder Bar.
- Close Recorder, when you're not recording.
