A layout changes how your camera and screen share the frame for part of the video:
| Layout | Key | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | 1 | Your camera, full frame |
| Split | 2 | Your screen and camera side by side, or stacked in a vertical video |
| Screen | 3 | The screen alone, camera hidden |
| Cutout | 4 | You in front of the screen, with your background removed |
Everywhere else, the camera sits in its corner as set in Camera settings.
Adding a layout
Press 1 to 4, or click Camera, Split, Screen or Cutout under Layouts in the Camera settings. A new layout starts at the playhead and lasts three seconds.

Changing one
Layouts appear on the Camera layouts lane. Drag a bar to move it, or its edges to change its length. Select it to change its kind or Delete Layout. Layouts can't overlap.
Moving between layouts animates by itself, in about 0.4 seconds.
