Move the playhead to the moment you want, then click Copy this frame as an image at the top of the editor, or choose Copy Frame as Image in the command menu. The icon turns into a check.
The frame is copied with everything styled (background, cursor, camera, captions) at 1080 pixels on its short side, ready to paste anywhere. Copied frames have no motion blur, so they're always sharp.
